Remote participation on conference panels
ASIANetwork does not have a remote participation option for the 2025 Annual Conference. The nature of our organization and conference venues lend themselves best to an in-person, interactive experience for all attendees. Session panelists and discussants should expect to attend in person.
Exceptions to in-person participation may be made in advance with the conference program chair. In the past, exceptions have included disability and illness, unanticipated and sudden change in plans, and special arrangements for overseas programmatic partners of ASIANetwork. In these cases, a Zoom link has been set up for the presentation. A reduced conference registration fee applies.
For colleagues and students seeking financial support to present their work at the conference, please make note of ASIANetwork’s Teddy Amoloza Travel Award ($1,000). Unfortunately, we are not able to provide travel grants for international attendees.
