What are the dates of the conference?
April 16 – 18, 2021. Additional events will be scheduled in the 2 weeks prior to the conference.
What time zone will the conference use?
Eastern Daylight Time. The conference will begin at 10am on Saturday and Sunday to accommodate attendees on the Pacific coast. The Friday keynote will begin at 7:00pm.

What is the cost of registration?
The registration fee is $50 through March 31. From April 1, the fee will be $100. We hope that everyone will register by March 31 in order to receive updates sent through the Whova conference platform. Those with concerns about cost should contact Gary DeCoker, Executive Director.
What platform will be used for hosting the conference?

How will I connect to the virtual events?
The conference platform will include Zoom links to each event—keynote, roundtables, panels, etc. Only registered participants will be able to access conference events.
Will I be able to connect with other conference attendees during the conference?
The conference platform allows for spontaneous interactions between attendees. Information will be sent to registered attendees.
Do I need a computer to access the conference?
Participants may use any devise to access the conference—computer, phone, etc.
Will there be a conference app?
Yes, you may access the conference through the Whova app or by using the conference URL. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks.
